I have been suffering from sciatica since January of this year. I'd seen several physical therapist's the normal run of the mill kind and different massage therapists. I made a little progress but then it all stalled after 2 months with no more progress. I found Steven from the other reviews on Google with all 5 stars so I gave him a call. 1 month later I've made more progress in my recovery in 1 month than the other 8 months combined. Steven is different than other physical therapist's. He works with you one on one, which is much better than just a tech. He first does a thorough evaluation to get to the root cause of your issues. He then sets up and writes out a plan for you to begin your process to recovery. The plan is tailored specifically to you and your situation. I’ve been to several physical therapists and Steven at Spark Performance is the best I’ve seen. He didn’t just give me a cookie-cutter set of stretches and exercises after a quick and rushed assessment like I’ve seen before at other places. He took the time to diagnose my specific injury and gave me a tailored, detailed plan of exercises and stretches based on my situation and goals. I received more one-on-one personal instruction and supervision than at any other place I’ve been to. I didn’t have to wonder if I was doing an exercise or stretch correctly. This place is amazing! I went to another physical therapy office for eight weeks and didn’t feel any better… Not even a little bit. I would see the therapist for about 10 minutes (A new one every time) They had me doing the same exercises everyone else was doing. It was your typical mill.I found Steven and finally feel so much better. Night and day difference from the last office. I wish I would’ve found him first. I would’ve saved a lot of time and money. He gives you one on one care. He listens and truly cares about getting your pain free. I highly recommend this office!!
